Every year, on the second Saturday in June, the Caterham Carnival takes place on Westway Common in Caterham on the Hill.

The Carnival includes a procession of floats, that wend their way through the whole of Caterham.

Local people organise various side shows, craft stalls and contests. There is also a travelling funfair.

The profit from the Carnival goes to various local charities.

Local businesses and organisations use the Carnival as a showcase.
